Always keep in mind that Hard resetting may wipe out your personal data including Contacts

Samsung Galaxy S4
1. Turn the Device Off, press and hold both Volume buttons(Up & Down)), then press and hold Power Button.
2. Hold all these three buttons until you see the screen turning on.
3. From the screen, use the Volume Down button(Touch is not applicable here) to toggle the selection to wipe data / factory reset.
4. Press the Home button to select the highlighted option.
Followed the steps correctly, you should successfully Hard Reset your Samsung Galaxy S4,Simple as Alphabets :D

1.Turn the Device Off.
2.Press and hold Volume Up and Home button(Center Button)
2.Press and hold Volume Up and Home button(Center Button)
3.Press Power until the phone vibrate
4.Wait until you see the Android logo then release all the buttons.
5.Select Wipe data/Factory reset with Volume Down, press Power (Touch not appicable)
6.Select YES -- delete all user data with VOLUME DOWN and then press Power
7.After format, press Power again to reboot phone.
Samsung Galaxy S2
1. Turn the Device Off
2. Hold the Volume Down button
3. Press and release the Power button
4. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button(Touch not appicable)
5. Press and release the Power button
6. Press Volume Up to confirm i9100 master reset

3. Press and release the Power button
4. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
